A Hybrid recorder with a chart width of 100mm which adopted a large digital display in a complete pursuit of cost performance with the motto of "Smaller and Easier" for excellent reliability. The front door is IP65 compliant for excellent dustproof and waterproof. 6-Point, 1 pen and 2 pen types are available as number of measurement channels.

● Self-Tuning PID (Heating / Cooling) The most appropriate PID constant is automatically computed for the controlled objects. PID constant is computed by performing the tuning, or when the hunting occurs.
● Blind Function From the various existing parameters, only the required parameters can be indicated or set.
● Simplifi ed Timer Function ON/OFF setting control is available after some certain interval. Function of ON/ OFF alarm output is independently usable.
● Priority Display Demanding parameter screens are monitored and set up under operational mode screen. (max. 9 points)
● Multiple Inputs Thermocouple / R.T.D. (Pt100 & JPt100) are selectable by front key.
● External Standard Conforms to "UL", "cUL" and "CE" markings (except TTM-002W) and compliant to "IP66"equivalent. The 6 substances restricted by the RoHS directives are not used.
● Compact Size Compactly made with the depth of only 77mm (002W is 95mm).
● Manual Control (Balanceless & Bumpless) Manual output function is applicable for versatile applications of instrumentation systems.

● Communication Function (RS-485: TOHO Protocol / MODBUS) The communication distance is extended up to 500 m, and max. of 31 units of controllers can be connected to a single computer at a time. ● Digital PV Filter A fi ltering is possible with a software for abrupt alteration of input value. ● PID with Overshoot Control Function A PID control is available to control the overshoot which occurs when the control is just starting. Further, in order to improve the controllability, PID algorithm of TTM-200 series had been introduced.

Brief description

The series of universal, freely configurable profile controllers /generators is available in the formats 48 mm x 48 mm .
The instruments feature two 4-digit 7-segment displays, five or eight LEDs for indicating the switching status and operating modes, an 8-digit matrix display, as well as six keys for operation and configuration.
The user has flexibility in assigning the slots of the profile controller according to the block structure.
10 profile programs with up to 100 segments can be programmed; a total of 100 segments is available.
Additional functions include self-optimisation, parameter set switching, a real-time clock, up to 8 limit comparators and a maximum of eight operating contacts.
Linearisations for conventional transducers are stored in the memory; furthermore, a customized linearisation table can be programmed.
The profile controllers can be adapted to a variety of tasks with the aid of a maths module.
The instruments can be integrated into a data network via a serial interface, or they can be expanded through an external relay module.
A setup program with a program editor is available for easy configuration from a PC.

Toho Electronics Inc. ; TTM 339 is LCD Program Controller with maximum of 15 patterns & 99 steps. The Full Multi-Function Input supports various types of input requirements within a single unit. The device is compact, with a depth of only 65mm. A loader communication function is provided as its standard feature to ease complicated work with setting parameters that is common for program controllers, (the cable is sold separately).
